In addition to the 11 drones that monitor the event, counter-drone systems are being used to ensure a safe atmosphere. The presence of specialized forces, including an ATS team, further strengthens the security protocols in place.
With the authorities forecasting over 50 crore people attending the event, ensuring public safety is paramount. Water safety has also been emphasized, as large numbers of people flock to the Triveni Sangam for the sacred dip.
